Order Cancellations

 


We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order:

 

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Cancellations are not permitted once production begins (usually within 12–24 hours after order confirmation) due to the bespoke nature of these items.

Return & Exchange Policy

 


We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

 


 

Return Shipping & Conditions

 

 

  • Returns must be sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping charges and any import duties or fees for returning the product to India.

  • We do not accept DAP (Delivery At Place) shipments as they lead to customs issues.

 


Once we receive and inspect your return:

 

  • A free replacement will be dispatched, or

  • A partial or full refund may be offered, especially if local repair is viable (to save return costs).

 

 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

 

 

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

 


Due to the customized nature of our products:

 

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We may assist with minor adjustments or size modifications upon request.
