We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order:
Standard Orders: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Cancellations are not permitted once production begins (usually within 12–24 hours after order confirmation) due to the bespoke nature of these items.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Returns must be sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
Buyers are responsible for shipping charges and any import duties or fees for returning the product to India.
We do not accept DAP (Delivery At Place) shipments as they lead to customs issues.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
A free replacement will be dispatched, or
A partial or full refund may be offered, especially if local repair is viable (to save return costs).
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Due to the customized nature of our products:
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We may assist with minor adjustments or size modifications upon request.
We use high-grade, export-certified packaging to minimize shipping damage. Each item is inspected thoroughly before dispatch to ensure top-tier quality and durability.
