We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders via top-tier express carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. Our logistics network ensures that your medieval armor or artifact arrives safely, securely, and on time—no matter where you are in the world.
Each order is subject to our strict inspection and packaging standards. Handling time depends on the type of order:

• Custom & Made-to-Order items: 1–4 weeks (based on complexity)

Although shipping is complimentary, a remote area surcharge may apply if your shipping address is located in a courier-designated remote zone.
• You will be notified at checkout if your ZIP/postal code incurs this fee.
• We recommend entering an alternate or relative’s address in a nearby non-remote zone if applicable.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
• ISH Collection ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis by default.
This means we do not collect or prepay any import duties or taxes on your behalf.
• Buyers are solely responsible for any customs charges, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges vary depending on your local laws, product category, declared value, and shipping region.

• Failure to Respond to Customs or Courier:
In cases where buyers fail to respond to the courier company, refuse to pay the required import taxes, or delay the submission of necessary documents, the shipment may be returned, held, or destroyed by customs.
ISH Collection will not be held liable for such outcomes, and no refund or compensation will be issued in such cases.
• Customs Delays:
Occasionally, customs clearance may take longer than expected due to inspections or additional verification. While we have no control over such delays, we commit to supporting you throughout the process and will assist wherever possible to ensure your order is released quickly.
All shipments are securely packed with high-quality protective materials to minimize transit damage. However, in the rare event of shipping damage:
• Contact us immediately upon delivery.
• Submit clear photographs of the damaged package and item.
• We will resolve the issue promptly—either through replacement or compensation.
